Do you allow pets?
We are dog- friendly only! There’s a $20 fee per stay if you bring your pup, your four-legged friends are more than welcome to join you on your vacation.” 🐾
Do your offer early check-in or late check-out?
Whenever possible, we’re happy to offer an extra hour for check-in or check-out at no cost. Guests just need to ask us in advance to confirm availability. If you’d like to arrive more than one hour earlier or leave more than one hour later, we can usually accommodate this for a $15 per additional hour fee, subject to availability. Please always check with us beforehand to make sure it’s possible.
Can I get a full refund?
Yes, you can receive a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. Just send us a message, and we’ll take care of the cancellation and process your refund for you.
Do you allow group bookings or events?
Yes! We welcome group stays, retreats, and small events. Please contact us directly to discuss private bookings.
